What do I receive when I purchase?
You will receive digital files available for instant download after checkout (unless the product is listed as a physical item). No physical product will be mailed for digital purchases.
Are these products printable?
Yes. Most digital products are designed for home or professional printing. For best results, use high-quality paper and print at 100% scale (do not “fit to page”).
Can I use these digitally on my iPad or tablet?
Many of our products work well with apps like GoodNotes, Notability, and similar PDF annotation apps. Check the individual product description to confirm digital compatibility.
What size are your dashboards and pages?
Product sizes are listed in each description.
Common sizes include:
- 7 x 9.25 inches (Happy Planner Classic–style dashboards)
- Standard printable page sizes
Please check the listing to make sure the size fits your planner or binder.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the instant download nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
If you experience a file issue or download problem, please contact us and we’ll gladly help.
Do you sell physical products?
Yes, we offer select spiral journals and notebooks. These are physical items and will be shipped to you.
How long does shipping take for physical items?
Processing and shipping times are listed on each physical product page. Please allow additional time during holidays or high-volume seasons.
Can I share or resell these designs?
No. All designs are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Sharing, reselling, or redistributing files is not permitted.
